For over twenty years Wally’s been a leading expert in conversation design and persona, most recently at Google, specialising in AI design strategy, persona, and training for voice and chatbots. 

AI permits entirely new, user centred, solutions creating experiences that enhance customer trust, loyalty, delight, and convenience. Wally’s career has been based around designing those solutions and training new and experienced conversation designers through instructor-led courses, video courses, and workshops.
